Couple and Adult Family Therapy

All participants must be 18 or older. Romantic relationships, friendships, coworkers, family relationships - this is where we get into issues between you and your loved ones, no matter if they’re long-standing patterns you would like to change or new issues just arising. I primarily use EFT and psychodynamic exploration and work frequently with poly or open couples and polycules in treatment. I also work with strained parent and adult child relationships.
